Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Agent Visiting Carring (Collection) – Padang Lawas to join our field operations team. In this role you will serve as the direct link between our customers and the Indihome service, conducting on‑site visits to ensure accurate billing, provide product education, and support payment collections. This position is based in Padang Lawas and offers a dynamic environment where strong interpersonal skills and a reliable motorcycle are essential for success.
Responsibilities
- Receive a monthly list of assigned customers from the central CTB (Customer Touch Base) system and plan efficient routes for on‑site visits.
- Register each customer interaction in the My Vista mobile application, ensuring data integrity and real‑time updates for the back‑office team.
- Travel to customer locations using a personal motorcycle, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- Explain Indihome service usage, billing cycles, and payment options in a clear, courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Conduct on‑the‑spot verification of service status, collect overdue payments, and issue receipts or payment confirmations as needed.
- Provide follow‑up support by scheduling future visits, distributing promotional materials, and reporting any service issues to the technical support team.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay current with new Indihome features, pricing changes, and collection best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and convey information honestly.
- Proficiency in using Android smartphones or similar devices for data entry, navigation, and application usage.
- Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid SIM C driving license.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, integrity, and a high level of responsibility in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to varying daily schedules.
