- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to streamline sales operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales data and uphold data protection standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration or operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
- High level of honesty, accountability, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently.
- Demonstrated capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
