Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Pengemudi Layanan Kopi Keliling (Mobile Coffee Service Driver) to join our growing team. This role is the face of our brand on the streets, delivering fresh coffee and exceptional service to customers at offices, events, and high‑traffic locations. The ideal candidate will combine safe driving skills with a passion for hospitality, ensuring every cup of coffee reaches the customer hot, on‑time, and with a smile.
Responsibilities
- Operate a motorized coffee van or scooter safely, adhering to all traffic regulations and company routes.
- Prepare, serve, and sell a variety of coffee beverages and light snacks directly from the mobile unit.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitary condition of the coffee equipment, vehicle interior, and surrounding work area.
- Manage daily inventory, restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other consumables before each shift.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and reconcile sales at the end of the day.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and prompt service, answering customer inquiries about menu items and promotions.
- Collaborate with the central kitchen and logistics team to coordinate special orders, catering events, and seasonal menu changes.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure) and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Work under pressure during peak hours, maintaining quality standards while meeting tight service timelines.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management for continuous improvement of service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a focus on maturity and reliability.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar mobile food‑service or delivery role.
- Valid motor vehicle (motorcycle/scooter) license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑oriented attitude.
- Honest, responsible, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient while working under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
