We are seeking a highly motivated Manajer Operasional Barista Utama to lead the daily operations of our flagship coffee outlet. Responsibilities
- Oversee all front‑of‑house bar activities, including beverage preparation, equipment maintenance, and service flow.
- Manage inventory control for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other bar supplies, conducting regular stock audits and placing timely orders.
- Train, coach, and schedule barista staff, cultivating a culture of excellence, punctuality, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and halal standards, reflecting our commitment to a Muslim‑friendly environment.
- Monitor daily sales performance, prepare reports for senior management, and implement tactics to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain equipment functionality by understanding the operation of espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other bar tools, and coordinating preventative maintenance.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving complaints swiftly to preserve brand reputation.
- Develop and execute promotional initiatives, seasonal menu updates, and community outreach events.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate with suppliers, ensuring cost‑effective sourcing without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Faithful Muslim with a strong understanding of halal compliance.
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, with a preference for 2 years in a supervisory barista role.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting a wide range of bar equipment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Demonstrated discipline, responsibility, and a keen sense of teamwork.
- Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes efficiently.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Barista Level 2, Food Safety) are highly advantageous.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
