Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Marketing to join our growing team in Bireun. Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and engage with existing and new customers to introduce the company’s product lines, tailoring presentations to meet diverse needs.
- Generate and secure orders from channel distribution partners, ensuring accurate initial data collection and thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare, review, and complete credit applications, coordinating with internal finance teams to expedite approval processes.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status and any required actions.
- Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, ensuring customers are fully informed of their obligations.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, using CRM tools to track interactions, forecast sales, and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and after‑sales departments to align promotional activities with market demand and feedback.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of competitor offerings, emerging trends, and regional consumer preferences.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field); fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or marketing role; experience in automotive financing or consumer credit is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, perseverance, and honesty.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid active SIM A/C driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, meeting targets within the defined schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00).
- Strong analytical mindset to assess credit risk and understand financial documentation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
