Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor – Gadget Division to lead our regional sales efforts in Cirebon. This full‑time position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and works Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00. The role combines strategic market development, dealer relationship management, and team leadership to drive both sell‑through and sell‑out performance across multiple product lines.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, be no older than 30 years, and bring at least two years of hands‑on retail gadget sales experience. Fluency in English (both spoken and written) and strong analytical abilities are essential to succeed in this fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a network of new customers and dealer partners while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with existing internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Enhance product visibility and brand image in retail locations, ensuring optimal shelf placement, promotional signage, and in‑store experiences for all product lines.
  • Own the achievement of monthly sales targets, monitoring both sell‑through (stock moving from warehouse to retailer) and sell‑out (final consumer purchase) metrics.
  • Plan, allocate, and distribute promotional gifts, incentives, and marketing materials to support sales campaigns and seasonal pushes.
  • Work closely with the training team to coach promoters and sales associates, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Conduct monthly performance evaluations, providing actionable feedback aligned with regional and national sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a small team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to guarantee product availability and timely delivery to dealers.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in retail gadget sales (smartphones or similar consumer electronics).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and quick problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, sales data interpretation, and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Leadership experience, preferably managing a team of sales staff or promoters.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and ability to produce professional business documents.
  • Experience in a competing electronics company is considered a strong plus.
  • Ability to adapt to fast‑changing technology trends and incorporate them into sales strategies.
