Responsibilities
- Perform precision haircuts, trims, and styling for a diverse clientele, ensuring each look aligns with the client’s personal style and current trends.
- Execute advanced hair coloring techniques, including balayage, ombre, and full color applications, while maintaining strict color safety protocols.
- Provide smoothing treatments, cream baths, and hair spa services that improve hair health and texture.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand hair goals, recommend appropriate services, and suggest after‑care products.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new products, and emerging techniques through continuous education and salon workshops.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with fellow stylists, reception staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Promote salon services and retail products, contributing to monthly sales targets and overall business growth.
- Handle appointment scheduling, client records, and follow‑up communications in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; minimum age requirement is 18 years.
- Minimum of 3 months of professional salon experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing cutting, coloring, and smoothing skills.
- Proficient in hair cutting, advanced coloring, smoothing, cream bath, hair spa, and general hair care techniques.
- Completed at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Physically and mentally fit, capable of standing for extended periods and handling salon equipment safely.
- Personal qualities: diligent, honest, hardworking, disciplined, meticulous, and highly communicative.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and support fellow stylists.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and consultation skills.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
