Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and drive measurable growth.
- Create, schedule, and publish high‑quality content—including graphics, videos, and copy—for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging networks.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to continuously refine tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and nurture online communities to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop and oversee paid social advertising campaigns, optimizing budgets, targeting, and ad creatives for maximum ROI.
- Analyze performance data using analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior social media staff, providing guidance on best practices, tool usage, and professional development.
- Maintain an editorial calendar, coordinate cross‑functional deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of all social initiatives.
- Work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while preserving quality and brand integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 1 + year of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic social media plans that deliver measurable results.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for campaign launches or events.
