Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Dapur (Operasional & Kebersihan) to join our fast‑growing culinary team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly, maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, and supports the overall dining experience for our guests. The successful candidate will be a detail‑oriented, reliable individual who thrives in a dynamic, shift‑based environment and possesses a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize kitchen workstations before each shift, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, mixers, and slicers, performing routine checks and reporting any malfunctions.
- Execute daily cleaning schedules, including floor scrubbing, surface sanitizing, and waste segregation, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling garnishes.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables, report shortages, and assist in receiving and storing deliveries using proper rotation methods.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, equipment maintenance, and shift handovers to ensure continuity.
- Adhere strictly to food safety standards, including proper temperature controls, allergen handling, and personal hygiene protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: Not older than 30 years.
- Marital status: Unmarried.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday – Saturday).
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to operate common kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene, sanitation practices, and workplace safety.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with chefs, servers, and other staff members.
