Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our team in the Lubuk Basung region. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by promoting our portfolio of products to both existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a solid foundation in sales processes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships across diverse distribution channels.
Responsibilities
- Proactively present and market the company’s product lines to existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.
- Secure orders through various distribution channels, collect initial customer data, and verify the completeness of credit applications.
- Prepare and submit all required documentation, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and external regulatory standards.
- Track the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates and decisions to dealers and customers.
- Communicate payment terms, due dates, and collection locations clearly to customers, and address any follow‑up queries.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, generate regular reports for management, and forecast monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the logistics and after‑sales teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in market research activities, identifying trends, competitor actions, and emerging customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at regional trade shows, seminars, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in any field.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per local hiring policy).
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are welcome.
- Proven ability in B2C sales management, interpersonal communication, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving licence.
- Willingness to be placed in a location that matches the candidate’s domicile.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
