Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista – Penyaji Minuman Kopi dan Teh Berkualitas to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, detail‑oriented woman aged 20 years or older who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys creating exceptional coffee and tea experiences for our guests. This full‑time position offers a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with shift flexibility to meet peak‑hour demand.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of specialty coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other barista equipment, performing routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting to guarantee optimal performance.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, offering product recommendations, and handling cash or digital payments with integrity.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, teas, syrups, milk, and consumables, conducting regular stock checks and notifying management of reorder needs.
- Uphold strict hygiene and food‑safety standards, including proper storage, waste disposal, and adherence to health regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates, supporting fellow staff during busy periods, and contributing to a positive, team‑first work culture.
- Assist in promotional activities, such as new drink launches, seasonal menus, and loyalty program enrollment, to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Document daily sales, report equipment issues, and provide feedback on product performance to help improve operations.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 20 years or older.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in the food & beverage (FnB) industry, preferably as a barista.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Demonstrated capacity to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and speed.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Readiness to sign a contractual employment agreement.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods, milk frothing, and beverage presentation.
