Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic Promotor Penjualan Motor Listrik EV to join our dynamic team at the Polytron Service Center in Bojonegoro. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for electric mobility, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in electronics, gadget, automotive, or leasing sales. As a front‑line ambassador of our electric motorbike portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in educating customers, driving sales, and supporting the transition to greener transportation solutions in East Java.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate electric motorbikes to prospective customers at the showroom and on‑site events.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and participation in local community activities.
- Provide detailed product information, including technical specifications, charging infrastructure, and financing options, to help customers make informed decisions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed orders and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the after‑sales and service teams to ensure a seamless hand‑over and exceptional post‑purchase support.
- Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activity, and emerging trends in the EV sector to recommend improvements to sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in sustainable mobility.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and local business forums to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales of electronics, gadgets, automotive products, or leasing services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- Honest, loyal, and highly motivated with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency with communication tools, customer management software, and basic sales analytics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel within the Bojonegoro region for promotional activities.
