Introduction

We are a dynamic marketing agency based in Banjarmasin, specializing in multifinance and banking solutions. Our flagship product, BFI, offers business and consumer loans secured by vehicle titles (BPKB). To strengthen our distribution network, we are seeking a motivated Marketing Agent who will recruit, train, and manage Business Agents (BAs) across the region. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, relationship building, and market development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, interview, and onboard new Business Agents (BAs) to expand our sales footprint.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing agents, ensuring high levels of engagement and loyalty.
  • Develop and deliver tailored marketing strategies that help agents increase their loan portfolio and improve productivity.
  • Take full ownership of BFI product sales targets, monitoring performance against quarterly and annual goals.
  • Review and validate loan applications submitted by agents, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct field visits and regular monitoring of agents to assess market conditions, provide coaching, and resolve any operational issues.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital campaigns, and community outreach programs that drive lead generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact loan products or sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (all majors accepted).
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably within the multifinance or banking sector.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • High integrity, disciplined work habits, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM A or SIM C) and personal vehicle for field activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and motivating a diverse agent network.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
