Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily communication between the sales team, customers, and regional distributors to ensure smooth order processing.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales performance reports, highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of regional promotional campaigns on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Design simple visual assets using mobile design apps to support product launches, discount offers, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Provide on‑site support during regional trade shows, product demonstrations, and customer visits.
- Track inventory levels and work closely with logistics to resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging apps, ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative ideas for content, contests, and user‑generated campaigns.
- Identify and document market feedback, competitor activities, and emerging consumer trends for senior management review.
