Responsibilities
- Input customer KYC data into the central database with a focus on speed and precision.
- Conduct verification checks against source documents such as IDs, proof of address, and other regulatory paperwork.
- Meet daily productivity targets and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Identify and flag inconsistencies or potential fraud indicators for further review by the compliance team.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with KYC regulations and internal system updates.
- Provide feedback on system usability and suggest enhancements to streamline data entry processes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational requirement).
- Proficient in operating a laptop and basic office software (MS Office, data entry platforms).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 words per minute).
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
