Responsibilities

  • Input customer KYC data into the central database with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Conduct verification checks against source documents such as IDs, proof of address, and other regulatory paperwork.
  • Meet daily productivity targets and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies or potential fraud indicators for further review by the compliance team.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with KYC regulations and internal system updates.
  • Provide feedback on system usability and suggest enhancements to streamline data entry processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Male (as per current operational requirement).
  • Proficient in operating a laptop and basic office software (MS Office, data entry platforms).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 words per minute).
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Target‑driven mindset with a proactive attitude toward meeting performance metrics.
  • Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
