Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Penjualan to lead our sales operations in Jakarta Timur. This pivotal role will drive the growth of our vape product portfolio by expanding our network of retail partners and distributors, while maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate is a results‑oriented professional with a proven track record in sales management, capable of motivating teams, analyzing market trends, and consistently exceeding monthly targets.
Responsibilities
- Visit and develop relationships with vape shops, specialty stores, and regional distributors to expand market coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and onboard new retail partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular follow‑ups, problem solving, and value‑added service.
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales targets for the territory, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present routine sales reports, including pipeline status, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of sales representatives, conducting performance reviews and providing training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to recommend pricing, product mix, and promotional adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to vape products and company policies.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with senior management to discuss achievements, challenges, and strategic plans.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the vape, tobacco, or consumer electronics industry.
- Male candidates only, in accordance with the company’s current hiring policy.
- Maximum age: 40 years (subject to company guidelines).
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business channels and manage key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership aptitude with experience supervising a sales team.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional travel within the Jakarta region.
