Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our network of branches throughout South Sumatra. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with both existing and new customers, helping them access tailored financing products while contributing to the growth of a reputable financial institution.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of loan and financing products to existing clients and prospect new customers within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel distribution partners, dealers, and end‑users to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collect initial customer data, conduct thorough verification, and ensure all required documentation for credit applications is complete and accurate.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, liaise with internal underwriting teams, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers about repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other relevant terms to ensure transparent and smooth financing experiences.
- Negotiate terms, address objections, and close sales while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Track sales performance against targets, prepare regular activity reports, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Participate in regional sales meetings, training sessions, and product workshops to stay updated on new offerings and industry trends.
- Utilize personal vehicle and active driving license (SIM A/C) for field visits, ensuring timely coverage of the assigned market.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in any discipline; graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least one year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with customers.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and a commitment to honest business practices.
- Proven sales orientation, goal‑driven mindset, and the ability to work independently while meeting weekly and monthly targets.
- Ownership of a reliable personal vehicle and a valid, active driving license (SIM A/C).
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional travel within South Sumatra.
