Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, and ensure timely delivery of orders according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
  • Operate and troubleshoot kitchen appliances such as ovens, grills, fryers, and mixers.
  • Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting shortages.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs and fellow kitchen staff to coordinate workflow during peak service periods.
  • Monitor portion control and waste, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
  • Participate in daily briefings, sharing ideas for menu enhancements, new plating techniques, and creative presentations.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and occupational regulations, promptly addressing any hazards or incidents.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work station, ensuring all tools are sanitized and readily accessible.
  • Support special events, catering orders, and seasonal menu changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 28 years old.
  • Gender: Female (preference) – however, we welcome qualified candidates of any gender.
  • Experience: No prior professional kitchen experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
  • Team‑oriented mindset; capable of working harmoniously with diverse staff members.
  • Active, creative, and quick‑thinking attitude, especially during high‑volume service periods.
  • Proficiency in operating standard kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work the scheduled hours (08:00 – 17:00, Monday‑Saturday).
