Responsibilities
- Assess individual and corporate client requirements and propose tailored life and health insurance solutions that align with their financial goals.
- Build and nurture long‑term, professional relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations, addressing questions and objections with confidence.
- Guide clients through the claims process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure swift and accurate claim resolution.
- Provide ongoing education to clients about policy benefits, coverage options, and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, sales, and marketing departments to develop innovative insurance packages.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote financial literacy and the value of insurance protection.
- Track personal performance metrics, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the organization.
- Adapt to both offline and digital work environments, leveraging technology to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field (experience may be substituted with strong internship exposure).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a confident, client‑focused attitude.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate client data and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Good understanding of life and health insurance products, policy terms, and regulatory environment.
- Highly motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

- Residency in the Jabodetabek region is required for occasional on‑site activities.
