As a front‑line ambassador of the brand, you will play a pivotal part in delivering a premium shopping experience that blends fashion, technology, and eye‑health expertise.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage every customer with a friendly, professional demeanor, assessing their needs and recommending suitable frames and lenses.
- Demonstrate product knowledge by explaining the features of various eyewear collections, lens technologies, and after‑care services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and stocked with the latest trends.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, receive shipments, and coordinate with the back‑office team to replenish stock promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and problem‑solving skills, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
- Collaborate with optometrists and technical staff to arrange eye‑examinations, lens fittings, and post‑sale follow‑ups.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to monthly and quarterly performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions covering product updates, sales techniques, and compliance with health‑safety regulations.
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety standards, and brand image at all times.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 27 years (applicants up to 28 years may be considered based on experience).
- Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; D3 or S1 in any field is also acceptable.
- Not currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Minimum height: 153 cm for female candidates, 160 cm for male candidates.

- Willingness to travel and be placed at any store location throughout Indonesia.
- Strong adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills, and persuasive communication abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using POS and inventory management software.
- Commitment to completing all required training programs.
