Responsibilities

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by upselling, cross‑selling, and recommending complementary items.
- Process transactions efficiently using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store environment is clean and inviting.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with empathy, seeking swift resolution while preserving brand reputation.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to management.
- Participate in regular product training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on new arrivals and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve overall store performance goals and create a supportive work atmosphere.
- Adhere to store opening and closing procedures, including security checks, inventory reconciliation, and reporting.
Requirements
