Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Storeman Penanggung Jawab Operasional Toko to join our dynamic retail team. This position is the backbone of daily store operations, ensuring that inventory flows smoothly, the sales floor remains organized, and customers receive prompt, courteous service. Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound inventory, verifying quantities against purchase orders and updating the store management system accurately.
- Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports for senior management.
- Maintain optimal shelf presentation by rotating products, labeling items, and ensuring price tags are correct.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the logistics team to schedule deliveries, resolve shipment issues, and monitor lead times.
- Monitor store security measures, conduct routine safety inspections, and report any hazards or incidents promptly.
- Assist the sales team with product location inquiries, ensuring customers are directed to the right aisles quickly.
- Train and mentor junior staff on inventory handling procedures, proper use of equipment, and customer service best practices.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including sales figures, stock levels, and any irregularities observed.
- Support promotional activities by setting up displays, restocking promotional items, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior experience in store operations, inventory management, or a related retail role is preferred.
- Physical fitness: Ability to lift moderate loads, stand for extended periods, and perform routine physical tasks.
- Teamwork: Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work harmoniously with sales, logistics, and management teams.
- Communication: Good verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with store management software or point‑of‑sale (POS) systems; proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Personal attributes: Detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality of inventory data.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
