Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Kepala Cabang Outlet Gadai Banten to lead one of our high‑traffic pawnshop locations in the Greater Jakarta and Java regions. This pivotal role combines sales leadership, operational oversight, and team development within a fast‑moving retail environment that specializes in electronic goods such as smartphones, laptops, speakers, drones, and more. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with a passion for customer service, a solid understanding of electronic products, and the ability to inspire a team to exceed sales targets while maintaining strict adherence to company SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of sales associates, inventory clerks, and service staff to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Design and deliver regular training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and customer handling to ensure continuous professional growth.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to security protocols.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of electronic items received for pawn, ensuring accurate valuation and documentation according to industry standards.
  • Perform periodic inventory reconciliations, tracking stock levels in the warehouse and coordinating with logistics to prevent shrinkage.
  • Develop and implement localized marketing initiatives, leveraging social media, community events, and partnership opportunities to drive foot traffic.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to regional management, highlighting key metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment in line with corporate branding and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the corporate compliance team to ensure all transactions meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Management, or a related field. Candidates with a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) are also considered if they demonstrate strong leadership potential.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Basic technical knowledge of consumer electronics (smartphones, laptops, audio equipment, drones, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to set clear goals, delegate tasks, and hold team members accountable.
  • Strong analytical mindset for interpreting sales data, inventory trends, and market opportunities.
  • Willingness to undergo a 3‑4 month training program, including a two‑week intensive session in Jakarta.
  • Flexibility to be assigned to any outlet within Central Java, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, or Banten, with placement prioritized near the candidate’s residence.
