Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Prioritize service for local community members while maintaining fairness and inclusivity.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate departments promptly.
  • Maintain the front‑desk area, ensuring it is tidy, well‑stocked with brochures, and reflects the company’s brand standards.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, set up necessary equipment, and prepare hospitality items as required.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and generating daily reports for management.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees by preparing welcome packets and facilitating office tours.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, liaising with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to manage visitor access and maintain a safe environment.
  • Provide support during special events, conferences, or corporate gatherings hosted at the office.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to all candidates; the position does not impose an upper age limit.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a front‑office, reception, or customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, email platforms, and scheduling tools).
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
  • Commitment to prioritizing local community members while providing equal service quality to all visitors.
