Responsibilities

- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for tables, chairs, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with local health regulations.
- Handling cash transactions, processing credit card payments, and reconciling daily sales reports.
- Monitoring inventory levels of utensils, napkins, condiments, and informing management of restocking needs.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure smooth workflow, especially during high‑traffic lunch and dinner shifts.
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries or complaints, offering solutions while upholding the brand’s reputation for excellent service.
- Adhering to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and emergency procedures, and working effectively under pressure.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
