Responsibilities

- Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group tutoring to reinforce concepts and address individual learning gaps.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and deliver constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to design interdisciplinary projects that integrate math and language skills.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum planning sessions.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and respect.
- Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, and examinations while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 20 and 45 years.
- Minimum educational attainment of D3 or S1 in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven teaching experience in mathematics or English, preferably both.
- Strong mastery of mathematics content up to senior high school level.
- Proficiency in English language instruction, including grammar, reading comprehension, and oral communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and fostering a love of learning.
- Flexibility to work full‑time Monday‑Friday (10:00 – 18:00) and Saturdays (10:00 – 14:00) as required.
- Basic computer literacy for preparing digital lesson plans and recording student performance.
