Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in high‑traffic areas, residential neighborhoods, and commercial districts to promote our handphone and accessory range.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clearly explaining features, benefits, and warranty terms to persuade prospects.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed purchases.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, representing the brand with integrity and courtesy.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences, and report findings to the sales manager.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports, including the number of visits, leads generated, and units sold.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product launches and sales techniques.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, vehicle usage, and data privacy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the mobile phone or consumer electronics sector.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude, negotiation skills, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle a flexible schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 09:00‑18:00).
- Professional appearance and a commitment to dress neatly and courteously.
