Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Promotor Penjualan to join our dynamic sales team in Muara Bulian. This full‑time role focuses on expanding the reach of our consumer goods portfolio across retail outlets and small‑scale grocery stores. As a front‑line brand ambassador, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue, building strong relationships with shop owners, and representing the company’s commitment to quality and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail and convenience‑store outlets daily to present product offerings, conduct product demonstrations, and secure orders.
- Implement the company’s sales strategy by identifying upsell opportunities, negotiating price points, and ensuring promotional materials are correctly displayed.
- Maintain a detailed itinerary and route plan to maximize coverage while adhering to the Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Collect and verify purchase orders, process cash or electronic payments, and prepare daily deposit slips.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including volume sold, market feedback, and competitor activity, to the regional sales manager.
- Monitor stock levels at each outlet, coordinate replenishment orders, and report any supply‑chain issues promptly.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with store owners and staff, acting as the primary point of contact for product inquiries and after‑sales support.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, promotional campaigns, and effective selling techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions, sampling events, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Provide on‑the‑spot problem solving for any customer concerns, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least one (1) year of proven experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, retail, or distribution channels.
- Active SIM C driver’s license and personal motorcycle for reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence purchase decisions.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage daily routes, paperwork, and reporting deadlines.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting (MS Excel, mobile apps).
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
