This entry‑level position offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where you will gain hands‑on experience across all areas of restaurant operations, from front‑of‑house service to back‑of‑house production. Whether you are a fresh graduate eager to start a career in food & beverage or a professional with at least one year of experience, this role provides a solid foundation for growth within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master every job desk within the restaurant, including cashier, server/waiter, noodle preparation, bar, dim‑sum, production line, and clean‑up duties.
- Execute rotating station assignments to ensure flexibility and operational efficiency during peak periods.
- Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate service to customers, handling orders, payments, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all work areas, following company SOPs and local health regulations.
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels of raw materials, reporting shortages, and helping with stock rotation.
- Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and ensuring consistent product quality.
- Participate in regular training sessions in Malang to enhance product knowledge, service techniques, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and uphold the brand’s reputation.
- Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or customer feedback to management promptly.
- Adhere to shift schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as the restaurant operates from Tuesday to Sunday.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service roles (fresh graduates are also considered).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, energetic attitude.
- Clean health record with no chronic illnesses.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) with no criminal record.
- Willingness to work flexible shift patterns and occasional overtime.
- Readiness to attend a comprehensive training program in Malang before deployment.
- Ability to adapt to different station roles and perform rolling station duties efficiently.
- Strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
