Introduction
PT BCA Finance is seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Officer to join our growing team at the Dumai branch. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, strengthening partner relationships, and driving sales of BCA Finance’s financial products. The successful candidate will work primarily in the field, engaging directly with customers and partners throughout the Dumai region, and will play a key part in helping the company achieve its ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market BCA Finance’s suite of products, including consumer loans, micro‑finance solutions, and small‑business financing, to both existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding the company’s network of partners, agents, and referral sources.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with merchants, community leaders, and other stakeholders who can refer qualified borrowers.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and collect relevant data to assess the creditworthiness and eligibility of potential customers.
- Analyze survey results and prepare concise feasibility reports that support loan approval decisions.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and sales teams to ensure a smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape product development.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, including data protection regulations under UU No. 27/2022.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s) in any discipline.
- Academic performance: Minimum GPA of 2.50.
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working in a field‑based environment.
- Possession of a valid SIM C driving license and personal motorcycle for travel within the Dumai area.
- Residency: Must reside in Dumai or surrounding districts to ensure rapid response to client needs.
- Willingness to work full‑time, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30.
