We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive – Showroom Marketing to join our fast‑growing automotive financing team in Jakarta Utara. This role is the frontline bridge between our financing solutions and the network of vehicle showrooms across the region. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing showroom partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all financing‑related inquiries.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new showroom partners that meet our strategic growth criteria, expanding the company’s market footprint.
  • Present and promote our Structured Sale Financing (SSF) products, explaining terms, benefits, and application procedures to showroom managers and sales staff.
  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end financing process, ensuring that applications are completed accurately, approved promptly, and funds are disbursed on schedule.
  • Monitor and optimize the utilization of financing ceilings (plafond) to maximize revenue while maintaining risk compliance.
  • Conduct regular stock‑opname visits to verify vehicle inventory, location, and condition, ensuring data integrity in our system.
  • Analyze showroom performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and recommend corrective actions to improve portfolio quality.
  • Prepare and submit detailed activity reports, including sales pipeline updates, market insights, and performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with internal credit, risk, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor financing offers, and regulatory changes that may affect showroom partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the automotive or financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to work against clear targets and achieve or exceed them consistently.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C/A (or equivalent) for field visits.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Highly disciplined, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment.
  • Existing network of contacts in automotive showrooms is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for tracking leads and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data, produce actionable insights, and present findings to senior management.
