Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Paid Business Development Intern to join our fast‑growing team. Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including organizing meeting minutes (MoM) and maintaining accurate records of all business development activities.
- Support the preparation, review, and refinement of business proposals, ensuring that all documents are polished, data‑driven, and aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to coordinate operational workflows, such as scheduling client meetings, preparing presentation decks, and tracking follow‑up actions.
- Maintain and update the team’s master schedule, using Excel or cloud‑based tools to monitor deadlines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Conduct preliminary market research, gather competitive intelligence, and compile insights that help shape outreach strategies.
- Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards that visualize pipeline performance, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide logistical support for outreach campaigns, including email drafting, database management, and tracking of responses.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas on how to expand our client base and improve proposal effectiveness.
- Help organize internal training sessions and knowledge‑sharing meetings to foster continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; current enrollment in the final year of university or recent graduation is preferred.

- High motivation to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to edit and improve business proposals, paying close attention to detail and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and basic familiarity with other Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Availability to work full‑time, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
