We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager – Penjualan Enterprise Area Garut to join our fast‑growing telecommunications team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our enterprise customers and the company, driving revenue growth across the Garut region. The ideal candidate is a results‑oriented professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of telecom products and services. This position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00‑18:00, and provides a platform to shape the future of enterprise connectivity in one of Indonesia’s most promising markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with existing enterprise clients, ensuring their business needs are understood and met with tailored solutions.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, and networking events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that translate complex technical features into clear business benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, operations, technical support—to design and execute coordinated sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management and adjusting tactics to exceed targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements while safeguarding company profitability and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position our portfolio as the preferred choice for enterprise connectivity.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written abilities, with a talent for delivering persuasive presentations.
  • Relationship Management: Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain long‑lasting client partnerships.
