Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Admin Operasional Kantor Utama to join our central office team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, supporting finance and accounting functions, and maintaining accurate records for the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting), be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial ledgers, journals, and general accounting records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare, review, and distribute internal and external correspondence, including official letters, memos, and reports.
- Operate Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, creating complex formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards to support decision‑making.
- Assist the finance department with month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensuring all entries are posted on time.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary data for budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and vendor relationships to keep the workplace fully functional.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow‑up action tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and internal control procedures.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and staff, facilitating clear and timely communication.
- Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 32 years.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong sense of honesty, discipline, and reliability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, functions, and data analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial documentation, and letter issuance.
- Basic knowledge of general office administration and document management.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
