We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrator Administrasi Perkantoran to join our growing team in the Tambun and East Bekasi area. This full‑time position offers a vibrant work environment where creativity meets administrative excellence. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, supporting our brand’s digital presence while handling essential office administration tasks.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and edit engaging social‑media content (videos, images, and graphics) that drives audience interaction and brand awareness.
- Produce live‑stream sessions and product showcases on social platforms and marketplace channels, acting as the on‑camera host.
- Write compelling captions and copy that reflect the brand voice and encourage user engagement.
- Publish content across all company social‑media accounts, ensuring consistency in scheduling and messaging.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with promotional calendars and product launches.
- Maintain accurate daily reports on content performance, live‑stream outcomes, and administrative activities.
- Assist with general office administration, including handling incoming calls, managing documents, and supporting team members with logistical needs.
- Carry the admin smartphone when required for on‑the‑spot content creation or live broadcasts.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; strong emphasis on professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Age between 17 and 26 years; must not be enrolled in university or engaged in other part‑time work.
- Residence within the Tambun or East Bekasi region.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in front of the camera for both live and pre‑recorded content.
- Active presence on major social‑media platforms with a solid understanding of current trends and emerging formats.
- Proficiency in camera angles, basic video editing, and image composition.
- Creative, innovative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas quickly and respond to real‑time feedback.
- Team‑player who is friendly, cheerful, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues.
