Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, patient, and courteous assistance to all customers, both in person and via phone or chat.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, address questions, and resolve complaints in a timely manner while maintaining composure.
- Accurately convey product information, promotional offers, and service policies to ensure customers receive correct guidance.
- Follow established operational procedures, including cash handling, ticketing, and record‑keeping, to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work area that reflects the company’s brand image.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share feedback, improve processes, and achieve service targets.
- Utilize computer applications for order entry, inventory checks, and reporting daily activities.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours (08:00 – 20:00) and be prepared for shift variations as communicated by management.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and customer‑service skills through on‑the‑job training and coaching sessions.

- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 23 years old.

- Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations, including MS Office and point‑of‑sale systems.
