Responsibilities

- Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM system, accurately forecasting sales and reporting progress against targets.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging industry opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer‑service teams to ensure seamless delivery of promises and resolve any service issues.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that highlight value propositions.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements while adhering to company policies and profit margins.
- Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings, sharing insights and best practices with the broader team.
- Stay current on industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that could impact the business.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in business‑to‑business (B2B) environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Honest, disciplined, and accountable, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to manage a personal schedule, plan routes efficiently, and handle a full workload from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle is highly preferred.
