Introduction

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing food & beverage (F&B) company seeking a dedicated Administrator Administrasi Perusahaan to join our professional team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth administrative operations, supporting purchasing activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting within a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will be a detail‑oriented, disciplined individual who thrives on routine tasks while demonstrating strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document control.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, and office supplies, ensuring timely delivery and cost‑effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, performing regular stock reconciliations.
  • Prepare, review, and submit financial reports, expense statements, and budget summaries; experience in creating basic financial statements is a plus.
  • Assist the finance department with invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor communications.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments (production, kitchen, sales) and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards specific to the F&B sector.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, age between 20‑30 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in Purchasing or Administration within the F&B industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; ability to create formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of discipline, honesty, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise financial reports; prior experience with basic accounting is highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
