Introduction

Responsibilities
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, and stack raw materials, finished goods, and pallets across the production floor.
- Conduct pre‑operation inspections of the forklift, including brakes, horns, forks, and safety devices, and report any defects immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes, updating the warehouse management system, and documenting any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, production planners, and quality control staff to ensure timely delivery of materials to the appropriate workstations.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, K3 regulations, and the e‑PERSONEL K3 system requirements, ensuring that the SIO remains active and properly registered.
- Participate in regular safety meetings, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning the forklift, checking fluid levels, and performing minor repairs under supervision.
- Support shift handovers by providing clear, concise reports on completed tasks, pending work, and any safety concerns.
- Promote a clean and organized work environment, ensuring aisles and storage areas remain free of hazards.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid SIO (Surat Izin Operator) registered in the official e‑PERSONEL K3 system of the Ministry of Manpower.
- At least 1 year of proven experience operating a forklift in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including potential overtime.
- Strong physical stamina to lift, pull, and maneuver loads safely.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding safety procedures and inventory accuracy.
- Basic motor skills and familiarity with hand‑held scanning devices.
