Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Administrator Penjualan dan Layanan to join our dynamic computer store team. This role is the backbone of our sales and service operations, ensuring that every customer interaction is smooth, accurate, and professional. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, supporting both the front‑office sales activities and the back‑office service coordination. This position offers a unique blend of administrative responsibilities, customer‑facing duties, and opportunities for personal growth within a fast‑moving technology retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Process daily sales transactions, generate invoices, and ensure accurate record‑keeping of all customer orders.
- Maintain inventory registers, monitor stock levels of computers, peripherals, and accessories, and coordinate re‑ordering with suppliers.
- Handle incoming service requests, schedule technician visits, and track the progress of repairs and installations.
- Provide front‑line customer support, answer product inquiries, and resolve complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales and service reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Assist the marketing team in preparing promotional materials, product displays, and special sales events.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow across departments.
- Update the store’s digital catalog and product database, ensuring accurate pricing and specifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or equivalent; graduates of SMK Computer or related fields are strongly preferred.
