Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Administrator Toko dan Pelayanan Pelanggan to join our growing retail team in Ambarawa. This position serves as the backbone of daily store operations, ensuring that both administrative functions and customer interactions run smoothly. The ideal candidate will blend strong organizational abilities with a friendly, service‑focused attitude, helping us maintain high standards of store performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front‑desk and reception area, greeting customers with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash, and reconcile daily cash registers to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory records by receiving deliveries, updating stock levels in the computer system, and conducting regular stock‑taking audits.
  • Prepare and distribute daily sales reports, inventory summaries, and other key performance metrics to store management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in‑person, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Support promotional activities by setting up displays, updating price tags, and ensuring promotional materials are correctly placed.
  • Assist in recruitment and training of new staff members, sharing best practices for customer service and store procedures.
  • Uphold store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, ensuring the shopping environment is attractive and safe.
  • Utilize the store’s computer systems for order entry, customer database management, and routine administrative tasks such as filing and record‑keeping.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) – candidates with SMK/SMA qualifications are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
  • Age: maximum 30 years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations, including MS Office, inventory software, and POS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a calm demeanor when handling customer complaints.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events or inventory counts.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with sales staff, warehouse personnel, and management.
  • Basic knowledge of retail accounting and cash handling procedures is an advantage.
