Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Agent Partner Sales Acquisition professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, relationship‑focused, and capable of driving agency growth in line with our ambitious market‑share targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new AmarthaLink agents, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns, including on‑site visits, webinars, and community events, to educate prospects about the benefits and operational mechanics of AmarthaLink services.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with agents, providing ongoing support to ensure high satisfaction and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on the AmarthaLink platform, covering system navigation, product features, compliance requirements, and best‑practice sales techniques.
  • Monitor agents’ transaction volumes and performance metrics using MS Excel or Google Sheets, flagging any issues and proposing corrective actions.
  • Analyze regional market potential, conduct competitor benchmarking, and develop strategic plans to expand the agent network within the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports that capture acquisition numbers, sales performance, training activities, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with local agents.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while representing AmarthaLink in the field, adhering to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales acquisition, preferably within banking, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting and managing a network of independent agents or distributors.
  • Strong command of the Cilacap area, with an established local network and familiarity with regional business culture.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold a valid SIM C license for field mobility.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional weekend or evening field activities as required.
