Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate hemodialysis equipment, ensuring proper setup, disinfection, and maintenance according to hospital protocols.
- Conduct thorough pre‑dialysis assessments, including vital signs, weight checks, and review of laboratory results to tailor treatment parameters.
- Monitor patients continuously during dialysis sessions, identifying and responding promptly to any complications such as hypotension, cramps, or access issues.
- Administer prescribed medications, anticoagulants, and intravenous fluids while maintaining accurate documentation of dosage and timing.
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis processes, dietary restrictions, fluid management, and self‑care techniques to promote adherence and improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain meticulous patient records, including treatment logs, incident reports, and equipment maintenance charts, in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, infection control audits, and continuous education programs to keep the unit at the forefront of best practices.

Requirements
- Professional nursing qualification (Profesi Ners) with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nursing.
- Active Nursing Registration (STR) and valid Hemodialysis certification.
- Current BTCLS (Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support) or PPGD (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers) certification.
- Maximum age of 28 years, with a preference for candidates possessing at least one year of experience in a dialysis setting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient‑focused attitude.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
