Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective customers, presenting product benefits and aligning offers with scripted guidelines.
  • Engage inbound inquiries, actively listening to customer needs and providing tailored solutions that drive conversion.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline by tracking lead status, updating the CRM system, and ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, share market insights, and improve outreach strategies.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while adhering to quality standards and compliance regulations.
  • Identify and resolve customer objections through problem‑solving techniques, turning challenges into opportunities for upselling.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide feedback on common customer pain points, contributing to product development and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
  • Age: Up to 28 years old.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing, call center operations, or a related sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong sales orientation with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Effective problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset for self‑development.
  • Comfortable working full‑time in Gondangdia, Jakarta Pusat (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
  • Gender: Open to all candidates.
  • Key soft skills: customer‑centric attitude, teamwork, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
