Introduction

We are looking for a proactive and results‑oriented Sales Representative – Business Development Specialist to join our fast‑growing team. This pivotal role focuses on expanding our market presence within the public transportation and mass‑transit ecosystem, forging strong client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with support, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and pinpoint potential clients to generate a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead end‑to‑end sales activities—from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure—ensuring alignment with company targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture long‑term relationships through regular communication, follow‑ups, and value‑added interactions that reinforce trust.
  • Sales & Project Coordination: Oversee the transition from sales to project implementation, coordinating technical requirements, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product specialists, business development, and back‑office teams to synchronize initiatives and maximize market impact.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Design and execute strategic plans that support revenue growth, market penetration, and brand positioning.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to maintain a consultative sales approach.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline. Technical understanding in IT, Mechatronics, or Electronics is a strong plus.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in business development or project sales, preferably within the public transportation or mass‑transit sector.
  • Core Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
    • Advanced negotiation and presentation techniques.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Self‑motivated, able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Other Requirements: Open to all genders, no age limit, and ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:30.
