Responsibilities

- Monitor fermentation conditions to ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet daily output targets.
- Demonstrate strong stamina to handle physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.

- Packing Division
- Transfer finished tempe blocks into pre‑prepared plastic packaging.

- Demonstrate reliability and honesty when handling inventory.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
