We are seeking a dedicated Anggota Tim Dapur Operasional to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and restock kitchen stations before and during service periods.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, including regular cleaning of equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels, record usage, and communicate replenishment needs to the kitchen manager.
- Operate and troubleshoot kitchen equipment safely, ensuring all tools are in good working order.
- Support the execution of daily menus, ensuring timely delivery of meals to the service line.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, maintaining a calm and efficient workflow.
- Document any incidents, equipment failures, or supply shortages using the store management system.
- Adhere to food safety regulations, including proper temperature control, labeling, and allergen handling.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new recipes, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates up to 30 years old are preferred, though we consider all qualified applicants.
- Gender: Female (per company policy), though the core competencies apply to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on kitchen experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a fast‑food or restaurant setting.
- Key Traits: Responsible, honest, disciplined, initiative‑driven, and quick‑thinking.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic kitchen management systems and inventory software.
- Physical Ability: Capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 kg, and performing repetitive motions.
- Availability: Willing to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
