Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Remedial Officer – Collection to join our team in Dumai, Riau. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding receivables (A/R Overdue) while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with credit analysts, field collectors, and senior management to protect the company’s cash flow and maintain strong relationships with borrowers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of overdue collection activities, ensuring all payments are recovered within established timelines.
- Monitor credit accounts daily, identify high‑risk portfolios, and prioritize collection actions based on risk exposure.
- Conduct outbound calls, send formal notices, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify the accuracy of loan documentation and resolve any discrepancies that may affect collection.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection efforts in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and recovery ratios for senior management review.
- Assist in developing and refining collection strategies, including the use of digital payment channels and automated reminder systems.
- Provide guidance and training to junior collection staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry best practices, and legal requirements throughout the collection process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; candidates from finance, business, or law backgrounds are especially encouraged.
- Male candidates, aged 30 years or younger, with a professional demeanor.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt recovery, or a related financial services role; fresh graduates with strong academic records may also be considered.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward meeting collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty in all dealings.
- Proficiency in using collection software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic data analysis tools.
- Willingness to work on a Monday‑Saturday schedule, from 08:00 to 16:00, at the Dumai office or a location aligned with the candidate’s domicile.
