Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers promptly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle inquiries, reservations, and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
- Assist in order taking, payment processing, and coordination with kitchen and service staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front‑desk area, lobby, and waiting zones.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and mobile payment applications accurately.
- Monitor crowd flow during peak hours and suggest seating arrangements to optimize turnover.
- Provide product knowledge about menu items, promotions, and special events.
- Support inventory checks for front‑of‑house supplies such as napkins, cutlery, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on service protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years (flexible based on experience and capability).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Full‑time availability with a healthy physical and mental condition.
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage (FnB) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of customers.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, mobile payment apps, and basic office software.
- Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
