Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our front‑line team in the vibrant city of Yogyakarta. As an Anggota Tim Frontliner, you will be the first point of contact for guests, representing our brand with professionalism and a welcoming attitude. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage with a diverse clientele, develop valuable hospitality skills, and contribute to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers promptly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle inquiries, reservations, and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Assist in order taking, payment processing, and coordination with kitchen and service staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front‑desk area, lobby, and waiting zones.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and mobile payment applications accurately.
  • Monitor crowd flow during peak hours and suggest seating arrangements to optimize turnover.
  • Provide product knowledge about menu items, promotions, and special events.
  • Support inventory checks for front‑of‑house supplies such as napkins, cutlery, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on service protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years (flexible based on experience and capability).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Full‑time availability with a healthy physical and mental condition.
  • Prior experience in Food & Beverage (FnB) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of customers.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems, mobile payment apps, and basic office software.
  • Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
