Introduction

Biznet is expanding its retail footprint in the Gresik area and is looking for a highly motivated Administrator Toko to manage daily operations of the Biznet Store. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact directly with customers, support sales activities, and ensure accurate financial and inventory records. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual with a passion for customer service and a solid foundation in administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the Biznet Store, handling walk‑in customers, answering inquiries, and promoting Biznet’s broadband and digital services.
  • Maintain the sales counter, ensuring product displays are organized, promotional materials are up‑to‑date, and the checkout process runs smoothly.
  • Manage petty cash transactions, record daily expenditures, reconcile cash balances, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Conduct regular stock opname (inventory counts), update inventory management systems, and flag discrepancies for corrective action.
  • Prepare and file administrative documents such as sales reports, customer contracts, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely replenishment of store supplies and promotional items.
  • Provide clear, courteous explanations of Biznet’s service packages, pricing, and technical features to walk‑in customers.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new store staff, sharing best practices for customer interaction and administrative accuracy.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and suggest process enhancements to boost efficiency.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights from customer feedback and operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only; age not exceeding 28 years.
  • Minimum education: D3 (Associate degree) in any discipline with a GPA of 3.00 or higher; alternatively, a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with strong academic performance.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, sales support, or retail operations; fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • High level of accuracy, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Excel) and familiarity with POS or inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a 5‑day schedule (Monday‑Saturday) with two days off, and availability during standard business hours (08:00‑17:00).
